• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များကို ပြည့်မီအောင် ရောင်းအားတိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
• Customer များ (Retail Shops, Wholesale, Dealers) နှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လမ်းကြောင်း (Route Plan) အတိုင်း Daily Sales Visit များ ပြုလုပ်ရန်
• Product များကို စျေးကွက်တွင် ထိရောက်စွာ ရောင်းချနိုင်ရန် Promote ပြုလုပ်ရန်
• New Customers များရှာဖွေ၍ Market Expansion လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်
• Order များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံ၍ Delivery အဖွဲ့နှင့် Coordination ပြုလုပ်ရန်
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Report များ တင်ပြရန်
• Market Competitor Activity များကို လေ့လာ၍ Management သို့ Feedback ပေးရန်
• Company Policy နှင့် Sales Procedure များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

• ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (Any Graduate) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• FMCG Sales လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Communication & Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Customer Service Mindset ရှိပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Sales Target အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးမြောက်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
• Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
