Reporting to : MD and Senior Marketing Executive Responsibility: • Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails and social media • Conducting market research on rival products • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies • To build public (student) awareness and to provide promotional activities such as coupons, premium packaging, contest, bundle pricing, indoor/ outdoor events and gift items. • Monitoring performance • Meet monthly and yearly sales targets and objectives set by the Management • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability • Prepare weekly and monthly progress report • Organize and participate in events and activities • Manage individual diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time • Provide reports relating to activities and sales progress to Leader • Attend meetings with Marketing and Service team • Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student satisfaction

To Chase Buyer’s Original Sample + Work sheet + Pattern. To Prepare Pre- Production Sample : Fabric + Sewing acc; To arrange Collecting fabric and acc: from Customer. Double Check on fabric colour and acc: as per original swatches. Check on arrival : to clarify shortage with customer. Get confirmation upon consumption with the customer. Confirm plan cut quantity with customer. To communicate/ co ordinate with customer if there if any problem in production. To follow up every step of production in customers’ requirements. (For example: washing, emb, printing, QC inspection & etc.) Update/ check on delivery date. To follow up on packing needs; packing acc+ carton & etc:… To prepare export packing list/ follow up customer’s packing list. To co-operate/ help the packing section for smooth export procedure. To arrange sending cargo. Prepare Invoice and send to Account Dept: Check Stock balance and submit to store.
