  • Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
  • Support the Social Security Board (SSB) registration process and maintain related records.
  • Assist in communicating with government offices regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and other required documents.
  • Perform filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
  • Ensure employee information is kept confidential.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HOD.

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, and Email.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
