• Conduct consultations to assess clients' academic and career goals, recommending suitable programs and institutions.
• Develop tailored educational plans and persuasive presentations to address client needs.
• Manage the entire consultation process, providing expert advice and ensuring informed decision-making.
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to align with market trends.
• Address and resolve client inquiries or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with international institutions to enhance services and secure favorable terms.
• Oversee admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international education regulations.

● Assist senior consultants, learn the ropes of the industry, and support students in their educational journey.

● Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online, on site, off site according to strategic plan.

● Identify and understand customers’ needs and communicate how our services can address them.

● Help students learn more about universities/colleges and programs and provide advice to help them make a final decision.

● Collaborating with other educational institutions, community organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Previous experience in educational consulting or a related field.

• Familiarity with university and college application processes.
• Knowledge of international education systems is a plus.
