• Advise students for appropriate overseas education opportunities regarding Country,
• Course, Universities, programme selection, and career planning.
•  Handle enquiry calls via phone and messages via company social media pages
• Assist students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation
• and preparing students’ convenience for their studies overseas.
• Stay updated about the various study abroad programs, visa status and competitor
• analysis offered by college/universities and use the knowledge in helping students
• Assist activities, campaigns and events to promote Universities represented by the
• Company
• Upload Educational information posts on company Facebook page
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Management Team
