CIAT Myanmar is seeking three (3) motivated and community-focused Field Officers / Supervisors to support the field-level implementation of earthquake response activities in Mandalay. This role is essential in coordinating with affected communities, implementing project activities, and ensuring effective communication between field teams and project management.

• Support day-to-day field operations related to relief, recovery, and livelihood activities in earthquake-affected communities.
• Coordinate and supervise community-based activities such as needs assessments, beneficiary selection, distributions, and training.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between CIAT and community members, local authorities, and stakeholders at the village/ward level.
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting of project progress, challenges, and community feedback.
• Monitor implementation of project activities and ensure they meet the quality and accountability standards set by CIAT.
• Supervise and guide community volunteers or temporary field staff as needed.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure all project activities are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and respectful manner.
• Report security, access, or operational issues to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager immediately.

• Basic understanding of monitoring, reporting, and community mobilization practices.
• Ability to travel frequently within project sites and work flexible hours if required.
• Fluency in Myanmar language; local dialects are a plus. Basic English skills are an advantage.
• Desirable Attributes:Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
• Familiarity with protection, gender inclusion, and accountability principles in community work.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
