• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience.• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.• Good knowledge of sales operations and market trends.• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
