We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. • Conduct and verify physical stock counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Take full accountability for assigned accounting processes and tasks.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Trial Balance, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and ongoing budget monitoring.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledger activities.
• Review journal entries prepared by junior accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and refinement of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff; promote knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals and company objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial and administrative management.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools.
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliation, and budgetary control.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with financial software and databases is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
