  • If capable: Assist with design tasks (thumbnails, social posts, simple graphics).
  • Organize and archive raw and edited footage systematically.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Minimum 1 year in video editing and content creation. TikTok video experience is a must.
  • Able to ideate & execute content independently.
  • Strong editing skills using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of shooting angles, lighting, and framing (basic to intermediate)
  • Up-to-date with latest TikTok trends, challenges, and platform algorithms.
  • Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and can work under tight timelines.
  • Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) is a big plus.
  • Basic communication in Burmese (English is a bonus).
