Job Description

  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required in a warehouse environment.
  • Plan with production teams to ensure timely shortage clearance, Bom update & requesting materials from SG.
  • To fulfill production site request and immediate resolve if compliant raise
  • Responsible to perform day to day operation in warehouse by ensure adequate manpower.
  • Ensure inventory transaction, ERP transaction needs to complete within in issued day & maintain stock accuracy.
  • To ensure inventory (perpetual, cycle) counting and make to verify discrepancies with WH management.
  • Responsibility to maintain between ground stock inventory & ERP inventory.
  • To ensure filling of documents is complete on time.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the workplace, warehouse tools, consumable items and equipment.
  • Other functional activities such as Non-conformance report, Scrap Report, T-Loan, Repeated materials for ensure quality management, After sale-services & advantages for COACH building.
  • Perform other jobs related function when required by management team

  1. Bachelor Degree or Warehouse or Supply Chain Management
  2. Microsoft Offices, Excel
  3. ERP system
  4. 3-5 years’ experience in Warehouse operation.
