• A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. The Restaurant Supervisor is expected to:
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff.
• Schedule staff, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff members are trained properly.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all product are prepared according to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and laws.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Work with the restaurant manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
