• ​Effectively manage and execute sales promotion activities for medical supplies.
• ​Handle all aspects of the Medical Tender Process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• ​Systematically maintain and generate sales records, plans, and reports using computer software.
• ​Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and actively seek out and develop new business opportunities.
• ​Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

တာဝန်နှင့် လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်များ

• ​ဆေးပစ္စည်းနှင့် ဆေးဝါးများ၏ အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီ ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• ​ဆေးပစ္စည်းတင်ဒါလုပ်ငန်းများ (Tender Process) အတွက် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ တင်သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်သော ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းမှုများအား တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• ​အရောင်းမှတ်တမ်းများ၊ အရောင်းအစီအစဉ်များနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများ (Sales Reports) ကို ကွန်ပြူတာဖြင့် စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• ​လက်ရှိဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ရေရှည်ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊ ဖောက်သည်အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်း။
• ​ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် အရောင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical supplies or tender industry.
• ​Basic computer proficiency (Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel—and email communication).
• ​Must be able to navigate Yangon City effectively and possess strong local knowledge.
• ​Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ​Must be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• ​Willingness and flexibility to travel out of town for business purposes when required.
• ​Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be prioritized.

• ​ဆက်ဆံရေး ပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တင်ပြပြောဆိုမှု အားကောင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ​အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ အလုပ်များကို ဖိအားဒဏ် ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
