Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Myanmar Version,

• မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း၊ ငွေပေးချေမှုများ၊ စာမေးပွဲများနှင့် တိုင်ကြားချက်များဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းရန်အတွက် ကျောင်းသားများနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• ကျောင်းသားသစ်များအတွက် လိုအပ်သလို အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းနှင့် နေရာချထားစစ်ဆေးမှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ရမည်၊
• အတန်းများကိုစီစဉ်ပြီး စောင့်ကြည့်ရမည်၊
• သင်တန်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့်အတိုင်း။ စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့် စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာရန် ကျောင်းသားများအား လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးရမည်။
• ကျောင်းသား၊ ဟောပြောပွဲနှင့် မိဘများကြား ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

English Version,

• Works directly with students to support processes and solve problems related to registration, payments, exams and complaints
• Oversees assessments and placement testing for new students as needed
• Arrange and monitor the classes
• Provides guidance to students to ensure that they follow the rules and regulations as they relate to course of study
• Serves as coordinator between students, lectures and parents
• Assist lecturers with their course materials and exams
• Supports students in completing all necessary forms for graduation
• Consulting the students/parents about respective course/program
• Assist in preparing marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers etc.) for the programs, liaising with the relevant academic staff
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all student data and information
• Other Duties as assigned

• အနည်းဆုံး အတွေ့အကြုံ ၁ နှစ်ရှိရမည် (Customer Service အကြောင်းအရာတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်)။
• ဆက်သွယ်ရေး ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မှု နှင့် တပြိုင်နက်အလုပ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှု ရှိရမည်။

• Any graduate
• At least 1 year experience (Preferably in customer service field)
