Conduct training on Mi smartphones, ecosystem products, features, and sales techniques.
Train new promoters during onboarding and provide regular refreshers.
Monitor promoter performance through store visits and provide field coaching.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align training with campaigns.
Collect feedback from the field to improve training effectiveness.
Ensure brand guidelines and customer service standards are followed at retail points.
