• Update Shipment Schedule
• Prepare Payment Vouchers/ Receipt Vouchers
• Follow up Suppliers invoices
• Prepare monthly PO for QH as per purchase plan
• To creat PO in online
• Prepare Month End Closing Stock Report and daily stock movement transactions for entire company
• Handle full set of branch account
• Prepare for outward remittance and submit to the banks
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by CA
