• ပရောဂျက်အသစ်များကို ရှာဖွေရန်၊ ပိုင်ရှင်များ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် ထိရောက်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးရှိသည်။
• မန္တလေးတိုင်းတွင် cutomer ရွေးချယ်ရေးကုမ္ပဏီ တည်ထောင်ရန်။
• အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် ပိုင်ရှင်များ၊ ကန်ထရိုက်တာများနှင့် အတိုင်ပင်ခံများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပြုစုထိန်းသိမ်းပါ။
• အရောင်းအကြိုပြင်ဆင်မှု (ပရောဂျက်ဘတ်ဂျက်စျေးနှုန်းများပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ကိုးကားချက်များ၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များ၊ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာသတ်မှတ်ချက်များပြည့်စုံခြင်း၊ ကတ်တလောက်များနှင့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာအချက်အလက်များကို သုံးစွဲသူများထံ ပေးပို့ခြင်း။)

English Version

• To find new projects, owners, companies with effective relationship.
• To build customer choice company in Mandalay Division.
• Develop and maintain relationship with owners, contractors and consultants to promote sales.
• Pre-sales preparation (preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers.)
• Preparing sales and delivery order, Contract, Project Charter and coordinate with project team ensuring project are delivered on schedule.
• To attend site meetings, handle customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

• Presentation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အဲယားကွန်းနှင့် MEP ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူ၊ Customer Service နှင့် စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေး ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။

• Must be good in Presentation Skill.
• Must have knowledge of Air Conditioning & MEP services.
• Must have good communication, customer service and negotiation skill.
