Job Description (အလုပ်တာဝန်)

- တင်ပို့/သွင်းကုန်ဆိုင်ရာ ငွေတောင်းလွှာနှင့် ထုပ်ပိုးစာရင်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။
- Co, Product Card နှင့် Form D အတွက် လျှောက်ထားရမည်။
- ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များထံမှရရှိသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို မန်နေဂျာနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သူများအား အသိပေး အစီရင်ခံရမည်။
- ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များတောင်းဆိုသော တင်ပို့/သွင်းကုန်ဆိုင်ရာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ (Shipping Note, BL စသည်တို့) ပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။
- အစိုးရရုံးများတွင် ဝင်/ထွက် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး အစိုးရရုံးများက တောင်းဆိုသော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။
- မန်နေဂျာထံ အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် တင်ပို့/သွင်းကုန်စာရင်းများ အစီရင်ခံရမည်။

Job Description

- Prepare invoice and packing list related to export/ import.
- Apply Co, product card and form D.
- Report and inform the manager and other related colleagues of the updated information received by the agents.
- Prepare documents related to export / import (such as shipping  note, BL, etc;) requested by the agents.
- Must be able to enter and exit government offices and prepare documents requested by government offices.
- Report weekly and monthly export/ import list to manager.

• Must be between 25-35 years old
• Must be able to work in/out of government departments
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Must be able to work overtime if necessary
• Must have good social relations and be able to work cooperatively withthe team
