• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to evaluate the creditworthiness of SMEs.
• Assess business performance, industry trends, and economic factors to determine credit risk.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and make recommendations for credit limits and terms.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to management for approval.
• Monitor credit portfolios and identify potential risks or delinquencies.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and collections teams to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to SME lending.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably with a focus on SME lending.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to lending practices. Only for Local candidate.
