• ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးစီမံကိန်းများအတွက် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးမှတ်တမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်း၍ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်

• စီမံကိန်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်၍ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဘတ်ဂျက်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် စစ်ဆေးထိန်းညှိရန်

• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်အစီရင်ခံစာများနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးစာရင်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်၍ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာရန်

• Accounts Payable နှင့် Accounts Receivable လုပ်ငန်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

• စီမံကိန်းအဆင့်အလိုက် Progress Billings နှင့် Customer Invoice များကို ပြင်ဆင်ထုတ်ပေးရန်

• စီမံကိန်းများအတွက် ဘတ်ဂျက်ရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် ခန့်မှန်းချက်များ (Forecasting) ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

• Inventory၊ ပစ္စည်းများ (Materials) နှင့် Fixed Assets များကို စောင့်ကြည့်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်

• B.Com / B.A (Eco;) / Any Graduate (or) Related Diploma ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• LCCI Leve II/ III (or) ACCA (part 1) အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Advance Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Construction Industry တွင် Accounting အတွေ့အကြုံ (2) နှစ် အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Project Accounting နှင့် Cost Control အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည် 
• Accounting Software များ အသုံးပြုဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• Accounting Field တွင်  Accountant အနေဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ 2 နှစ် အထက် ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• အသက် - 25 နှစ် မှ 35 နှစ်၀န်းကျင် ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ပေါင်းသင်း ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန် ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့ နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• အမှန်တကယ် အလုပ်လုပ်ချင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး / ရေရှည် လက်တွဲ လုပ်ကိုင် နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည် ။
• အလုပ် နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Pressure ဒဏ် ခံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ။
