Business Development Executive (Urgent)
လုပ်သက်အဆင့်
အလုပ်အမျိုးအစား
- Content peparation & data collection related with the business and projects needs- Assiting for supporting documents and presentations for the business & projects requirements.- Assisting in the requirements of the business operation matters and assisting in Tender preparation & other required documents of government approval of the projects- Assisting to communicate with the internal & external stakeholders for the meetings and business functions.- Participating for the marketing functions like exhibitions for the property sales.- Strong understanding of laws & regulations in Myanmar.- Translation the contracts and other required documents of the company.- Strong knowledge of government tender & other projects experiences.- Assisting the requirements and administrative supports for the company meetings, committee and board meetings.- Write up and prepare the minutes of meeting and verbatim of the company meetings.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or Department Head.
အခွင့်အရေးရှိသူ :
လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in business administration, makerketing or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role.- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies- excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, powerpoint)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality- Strong communication,interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skill.- Excellent verbal & written comminication in English & Burmese.- Able to work and deal with different level of management & government authorities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
