• Making business growth and development
• Establishing and monitoring business metrics
• Analyzing the current data and state of policies, procedures and other aspects of the business
• Creating business strategies and plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Implementing business plans and strategies
• Looking at the company’s financial data to identify trends and set reasonable targets
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets
• Building, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, potential and existing customers
• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Doing market research
• Investigating existing products and services and compare them with competitors
• Establishing and monitoring measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyzing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize turnover
• Leading and supervising members of the team to ensure the project's achievement
• Training staff in appropriate techniques to support the utility of business strategies and overseeing their implementation
• Creating and presenting a detailed business development report for management

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate, Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• MBA, or other advantage master degree preferred
• Age above 30
• At least (12) years in related field, minimum (5) years as a Business Development Manager
• Extensive business experience, especially in creating action plans and strategies
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Understanding of contracts and negotiation skills
• Strong research skills, Excellent presentation skills
• Complete understanding of contemporary market trends
• Solid business acumen supplemented with decisiveness
