> Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in CRM software.
> Continuously update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking.
> Provide feedback on prospect trends and market insights to optimize business development efforts.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
> Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
> Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
> Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
> Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
> Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
