• Collect cash and makes payments for income and expenditure
• Record the day-to-day cash/bank transactions of income and expenditure
• Prepare the reconciliation with cash flow and bank statement.
• Going to the banks to deposit the money.
• Maintains proper security of cash at all times.
• Preparing the amount of cash settlement and process payment.
• Updating daily cash transaction in excel.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant.
• Report to Chief Accountant if there is abnormal process.
• Following the SOP and internal regulation.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field - LCCI (Level I & II) certification

- At least 2~3 years’ experience in Cashier in any Company (Cosmetic or FMCG background preferred).

- Good Management skill/Good Administrative handling skill/Good Operating skill/ Good Communication skill/ Must be able to use MS word, MS excel and MS 365.
