၁။ ငွေပေးချေမှုနှင့် POS စနစ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Financial Transactions & POS Management)

• ငွေပေးချေမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း – ငွေသား၊ Credit Card နှင့် Apple Pay ကဲ့သို့သော Mobile Payment များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
• POS စနစ် အသုံးပြုခြင်း – Point of Sale (POS) စနစ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ အော်ဒါများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ Discount၊ Coupon နှင့် Loyalty Point များကို သတ်မှတ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ အသုံးချဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• ငွေသား စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု – Cash Drawer အတွင်းရှိ ငွေသားကို မှန်ကန်စွာ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်း၍ ငွေလက်ခံ/ငွေအမ်းမှုများကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် နေ့စဉ် ငွေစာရင်းကို ညီမျှစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။

၂။ ဧည့်သည်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် အော်ဒါစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Guest Service & Order Management)

• ဧည့်သည်များကို ကြိုဆိုခြင်း – ဧည့်သည်များအား ဖော်ရွေ၍ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပီသသော အပြုအမူဖြင့် ကြိုဆိုဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခြင်း။
• မီနူးအကြောင်း နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု – အစားအသောက်ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ဓာတ်မတည့်မှု (Allergens) နှင့် နေ့စဉ် အထူးမီနူးများအကြောင်း ရှင်းလင်းဖြေကြားပေး၍ သင့်တော်သော အပိုရောင်းချမှု (Upselling) ကို အားပေးဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• အော်ဒါစစ်ဆေးခြင်း – အထူးသဖြင့် Takeaway နှင့် Delivery အော်ဒါများကို ဧည့်သည်လက်ထဲမရောက်မီ မှန်ကန်ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိစေရန် နှစ်ကြိမ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။

၃။ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှု အထောက်အပံ့ (Operational Support)

• ကောင်တာနေရာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း – ကောင်တာနှင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဧရိယာကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားပြီး လိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများ အမြဲပြည့်စုံစွာ ရရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း – မီးဖိုချောင်အဖွဲ့နှင့် စားပွဲဝန်ဆောင်မှုအဖွဲ့တို့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်း၍ စောင့်ဆိုင်းချိန်နှင့် အော်ဒါများကို ချောမွေ့စွာ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်း – ဧည့်သည်များ၏ တိုင်ကြားချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် ငွေပေးချေမှုဆိုင်ရာ ကွဲလွဲမှုများကို ဧည့်သည်ကို ဦးစားပေးသည့် စိတ်ထားဖြင့် တည်ငြိမ်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။

English Version

1. Financial Transactions & POS Management

• Process Payments: Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, etc.).

• System Proficiency: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders and apply discounts, coupons, or loyalty points.

2. Guest Service & Order Management

• Greeting: Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Menu Knowledge: Answer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to assist with upselling.

• Order Verification: Double-check orders (especially for takeout/delivery) to ensure accuracy before the guest leaves.

3. Operational Support

• Station Maintenance: Keep the counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked with essentials .

• Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to manage wait times and order flow.

• Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or payment discrepancies with a calm, "guest-first" attitude.

• အတွေ့အကြုံ – F&B (စားသောက်ဆိုင်/အစားအသောက်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု) သို့မဟုတ် Retail (လက်လီအရောင်း) လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၆ နှစ်နှင့်အထက် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Software ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု – FoodPanda၊ GrabFood Merchant Device များနှင့် G-POS၊ Foodie POS ကဲ့သို့သော ဒေသတွင်း POS Software များကို အသုံးပြုဖူးပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

English Version

Experience: 6+ years in F&B or retail is preferred.

Software: Familiarity with local POS systems like FoodPanda/GrabFood merchant devices and local software like G-POS or Foodie POS.
