1. စာရွက်စာတမ်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စများ

• ပေးပို့ရေးဆိုင်ရာစာရွက်စာတမ်းများ (ဥပမာ - Booking, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, AP & AR ထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်း) ကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ သုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• ပြည်တွင်းနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ဥပဒေ/စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန်သေချာစွာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• ဖောက်သည်များ၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရှိအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• ပေးပို့မှုများနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော မှန်ကန်သော မှတ်တမ်းများအား သိမ်းဆည်းထားခြင်း
• ပို့ဆောင်မှုအခြေအနေများနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ဖောက်သည်များကို အချိန်မီ အချက်အလက်များ ပေးပို့ခြင်း
• ပို့ဆောင်မှုများအား ဖောက်သည်လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် Carrier၊ စက်ရုံများ၊ Vendor များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း
• အရောင်းအဖွဲ့၏ ပို့ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ပြဿနာများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း

2. Nomination Shipment Handling (လိုအပ်ပါက)

• နိုင်ငံခြား Agent များနှင့် ဖောက်သည်များထံမှ ရရှိသော Nomination Shipment များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• ဖောက်သည်များအား ပို့ဆောင်မှုအခြေအနေများကို အချိန်မီ အသိပေးခြင်း
• ဖောက်သည်လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ Carrier များ၊ စက်ရုံများ၊ Supplier များနှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရေးကို ညှိနှိုင်းစီစဉ်ခြင်း
• Nomination Shipment နှင့် ဆိုင်သော ပြဿနာများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း

3. နိုင်ငံခြားဆက်သွယ်ရေး

• နိုင်ငံခြား Agent များနှင့် ဖောက်သည်များအတွက် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးအဓိက တာဝန်ခံတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူခြင်း
• ပေးပို့ရန်ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ၊ အခြေအနေပြောင်းလဲမှုများ၊ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းမှုများကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း
• နိုင်ငံခြားရုံးခွဲများနှင့် ပေးပို့ရေးကို အဆင်ပြေအောင် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း

4. စနစ် (System)

• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Freight Forwarding နှင့် Logistics စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဆော့ဖ်ဝဲကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (e.g., Booking, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Issuing AP & AR ,etc.).

• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and oversea team

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.

• Ensure timely updates and communication with customers regarding shipment status.

• Liaise with carriers, factories, and vendors to arrange shipments as per customer requirements.

• Monitor and solve any issue related with sale’s shpt.

2. Nomination Shipment Handling: ( If necessary )

• Coordinate nomination shipments from overseas agents and customers.

• Ensure timely updates and communication with customers regarding shipment status.

• Liaise with carriers, factories, and vendors to arrange shipments as per customer requirements.

• Monitor and resolve any issues related to nomination shipments.

3. Overseas Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas agents and customers.

• Communicate effectively to ensure shipment instructions, updates, and issue resolutions.

• Coordinate with international offices for smooth shipment arrangement.

4. System

•  the company’s freight forwarding and logistics management software efficiently.

• Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in internal systems.

• အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို သေချာစွာပြုလုပ်နိုင်ခြင်း၊ စုစည်းစီမံနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်

• ဖောက်သည်များ၏ မေးခွန်းများကို တက်ကြွစွာ ပြန်လည်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်
