• Telecom Tower Site (Active Equipment) များအတွက် Preventive Maintenance နှင့် Corrective Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Maintenance Plan နှင့် Timeline အတိုင်း Preventive Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီ ပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Network Operations Center (NOC) မှ Fault Call နှင့် Work Order (WO) လက်ခံရရှိပါက Site သို့ အချိန်မီ သွားရောက်၍ ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Site Fault များကို စစ်ဆေးဖော်ထုတ်၍ ထိရောက်စွာ ပြုပြင်ဖြေရှင်းကာ Network Downtime အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Supervisor၊ Team Members၊ Tower Company၊ Network Operations Center (NOC) နှင့် Customer များနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်၍ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းများအားလုံးကို လုံခြုံရေးစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် Company Policy & Procedure များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ဖိအားများသော လုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အရေးပေါ် Maintenance Request များကို လျင်မြန်စွာ တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အမြင့်နေရာများ တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

•    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for telecom tower sites ( Active Only ).
•    Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan and timeline.
•    Respond promptly to site faults after receiving calls from the Network Operations Center (NOC) and assigned Work Orders (WO).
•    Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to minimize network downtime.

•    Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, tower companies, the NOC, and customers.
•    Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
•    Be able to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
•    Must be comfortable working at heights

• AGTI / B-Tech / B.E. သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အင်ဂျင်နီယာဘွဲ့/ဒီပလိုမာ ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Telecom လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသော ဘွဲ့ရအသစ်များ (Fresh Graduates) လည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
• အခြေခံ ကွန်ပျူတာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• အခြေခံ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
