We are seeking a skilled MikroTik Network Specialist & System Administrator to manage and optimise our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MikroTik devices, RouterOS, and networking protocols, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Manage network security, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), and Linux file sharing systems.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements using tools like The Dude and Wireshark.
• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and on-call assistance for critical network problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient and secure network operations.

MikroTik Network Specialist and System Administrator - Based in Bangkok, Thailand

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) and advanced certifications (MTCRE, MTCWE, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with MikroTik devices and RouterOS.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience in configuring and managing VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of MikroTik configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of linux file sharing system
• Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., The Dude, Wireshark).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Available for on-call for troubleshooting critical issues.
• Fluent in English
• The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand
• Able to start work in March/April 2025
