  • Receiving and processing daily purchase orders from nationwide dealers on behalf of the company through phone calls and emails.
  • Creating sales orders in SAP software based on the received purchase orders.
  • Preparing and sending sales invoices via email and coordinating with delivery team to ensure timely delivery of goods to dispatch gates.
  • Taking responsibility for resolving issues related to undelivered, misdelivered, or incorrect items in a timely and professional manner.
  • During sales events, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of order lists placed by agents.
  • Communicating with respective agents, regional supervisors, or the finance department regarding agents with overdue payments or exceeded credit limits, and coordinating accordingly to hold further deliveries.

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
