Job Description

• စက်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် ထောက်ပံ့ရေးပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းအတွက် အစီအစဉ်များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဝယ်ယူရေးနည်းစဉ်များနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအရည်အသွေးများ၊ ပေးပို့ချိန်များနှင့် ထုတ်ကုန်အပိုင်းအခြားများကဲ့သို့ ပေးသွင်းသူအချက်အလက်များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် အပ်ဒိတ်လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုုပ်ရမည်။
• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပေးသွင်းသူများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိုင်းသည့် စာချုပ်များကို စေ့စပ်သေချာစွာလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
• အလားအလာရှိသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပေးသွင်းသူများအား သုတေသနပြုခြင်းနှင့် အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းများလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
• ဘတ်ဂျက်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာခြင်းနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

English Version

• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Job Requirements

• တက္ကသိုလ်မှဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Logistics နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 3 နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• အထူးသဖြင့် Engineering (Civil & M&E) ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အခွန်စည်းမျဉ်းများ၊ အခွန်ကောက်ခံခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတများရှိရမည်။
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Internet) နှင့် Reporting Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• အင်္ဂလိပ်လို အရေး၊အပြော နှစ်မျိုးလုံး ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
• ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• မိမိကိုယ်ကို စိတ်အားထက်သန်ပြီး လွတ်လပ်သောတွေးခေါ်တတ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
•  အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် အလုပ်လုပ်လိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

English Version

•  Bachelor degree
• -Minimum 3 years of experiences in logistics fields & especially in buying engineering (Civil & M&E)material items.
• -Knowledge in Myanmar Custom rules and regulations, taxation.
• -Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Internet) also reporting skill.
• -Able to converse well in both written and spoken English.
• -Good communication skills.
• -Self-motivated, independent thinkers and willing to work under team environment.
