Receptionist/ Customer Service Assistant
လုပ်သက်အဆင့်
အလုပ်အမျိုးအစား
- To serve visitors/customers by appropriate greeting, welcoming, directing and providing required information
- Greeting customer warmly and politely
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and take messages or transfer call to related person
- To prepare the daily report and report to Supervisor
- Take customer information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
အခွင့်အရေးရှိသူ :
လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Any Graduate / University Student
- 1 or 2 years’ experience in the same position or similar field
- Good command in English
- Good personality, communication, interpersonal and team work skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good customer services skills and ability to manage both internal & external customer
