  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook  and issuing visitor  badges
  • Maintain telecommunication  system by following the organization’s instructions for house phone and console operation
  • Maintain safe and  clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Maintains continuity among  work teams   by documenting and  communicating  actions,irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform other related  duties and  required of the Administrative Department
  • Report accidents and  emergencies  to Administrative Manager and/or General Managers        
  • Follow instructions from and report   to Administrative Manager and/or General Managers
