Key Responsibilities
Reception Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist patients, family members, and visitors professionally.
* Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
* Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Direct patients and visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
* Maintain organized patient files and documentation.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Cashier Responsibilities
* Process patient payments, receipts, and billing transactions accurately.
* Issue official receipts and maintain payment records.
* Verify billing details and payment information.
* Prepare daily cash collection reports and reconcile transactions.
* Coordinate with the finance/accounting department regarding payments and records.
* Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Maintain front desk supplies and office materials.
* Assist with administrative documentation and filing tasks.
* Prepare daily patient attendance and registration reports.
* Support management with clerical duties as assigned.
* Ensure compliance with center policies, SOPs, and administrative procedures.
Customer Service Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
* Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
* Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, billing, and center services.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
* Previous experience in reception, cashier, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
* Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
