We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor with strong leadership, clear communication and reliable follow-up skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards.
• Lead employees and assign duties clearly and effectively.
• Follow up on assigned tasks until they are properly completed.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
• Ensure company procedures, service standards and hygiene rules are properly followed.
• Handle customer complaints and operational problems professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with Service, Kitchen and Management teams.
• Provide accurate and timely operational reports to management.
• Support staff training and performance improvement.

Restaurant Manager Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience preferred.
• Good English communication is required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Able to manage employees fairly and consistently.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to operational details.
• Responsible, organized, disciplined and punctual.
• Korean-language ability is an advantage.

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements

• Supervisory, Team Leader or Senior Service experience preferred.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Korean-language ability is an advantage.
• Able to give clear instructions and follow up on completed work.
• Able to support staff attendance, discipline and daily service operations.
• Responsible, organized, disciplined and punctual.
• Willing to learn and develop into a Restaurant Manager.
