Sales & Marketing Executive

• Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities and threats to develop potential trade lanes in line with the business plan
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide/share information to/with internal and external stakeholders (customers, principal) in an accurate, consistent, and timely manner to meet KPI, inter-department service standards, etc. to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service standards
• Ensure consistency of service quality and drive organization's quality improvement initiatives, to continually delight customers
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs for improvement

• Ensure smooth operations to achieve customer satisfaction
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding all activities
• Must explain the product interestingly

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics industry
• Business English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent Sales and Communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven

• Computer & Digital Literacy
• Under 30 years/ Female
