As a Student Service Officer, you'll be the friendly face and helping hand at Gon Myanmar Learning Academy — making sure students, parents, and teachers feel supported, welcomed, and well taken care of. This role blends administration, communication, and student care, all in a vibrant, child-friendly learning environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Handling administrative tasks such as attendance, records, student files, and daily reporting
• Answering phone calls and messages, and sharing accurate, helpful information
• Supporting student enrollment, registration, and orientation processes
• Manage stock and school supplies — tracking inventory and supporting monthly restocking
• Collaborating closely with teachers and campus team members for smooth day-to-day operations
