• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery drivers or staff, ensuring they meet daily delivery targets and service standards.

• Minimum 2–3 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory systems, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving documentation and routing.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (as needed, depending on role).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and must be outside for credit collection or urgent delivery.
