• Welcome visitors and clients, manage reception area, and provide courteous front desk support. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages, and letters. Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily front office coordination. Assist with customer service needs and ensure a smooth, professional client experience. Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and office communication. Perform other special duties as assigned by the Manager.

• - Customer များနှင့် ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး negotiation လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။ - Customer follow-up လုပ်၍ sales Target လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။ - Online Social Media Marketing (Facebook/ Tik Tok) ကို basic level ဖြင့် စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။ - Marketing အတွက် video content / short video များဖန်တီးနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။ - Sales support/ order follow-up/ customer coordination စသည့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
