• Greeting all visitors and put proper place, deliver message to concern person with pleasure . Answer phone calls promptly and take messages or transfer the call to the appropriate person. Arrange and update the office meeting room calendar. Ensure the reception area is clean and stocked with all necessary materials. Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions. Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head. Report accidents and emergencies to the Administrative Manager.
