Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation. Assist in correspondence with seafarers and partners via phone, email, or in-person. Support recruitment, training, and crew management operations. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications. Assist in preparing reports and documents for management. Ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
