• Administrative support to overall HR functions in HR Department. Assist in posting job vacancies and appointing interview. Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee orientation. Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records. Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, internal transfer, and promotion letters. Monitoring attendance, late and leave record. Maintain proper filing of HR documents (hard copy and soft copy). Assist in training programs, support employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives. SSB registration process to new staffs and monthly SSB contribution process to SSB office. Assist in payroll process and handling in HR software. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
