• Department: Warehouse & Logistics Location: Yangon Report To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager Warehouse daily operations များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး smooth operation ဖြစ်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း Incoming / Outgoing stock များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး inventory accuracy ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း Stock receiving, storage, picking, packing, delivery process များကို monitor လုပ်ခြင်း FIFO / FEFO system အတိုင်း stock control ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း Warehouse cleanliness, safety and security standards များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း Daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း Warehouse staff များ၏ attendance, performance နှင့် task assignment များကို စီမံခြင်း Stock discrepancy, damage, loss issues များကို ဖြေရှင်းပြီး preventive action ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ERP / inventory software အသုံးပြု၍ stock records update လုပ်ခြင်း Other duties assigned by management

• Company sales target များကို achieve ဖြစ်စေရန် sales strategies များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန် Sales team ကို lead & supervise လုပ်ပြီး performance တိုးတက်အောင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန် Customer relationship များတည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး new business opportunities ရှာဖွေရန် Market trends, competitor activities နှင့် customer needs များကို analyze ပြုလုပ်ရန် Weekly / Monthly sales reports များကို management ထံ တင်ပြရန် Sales promotion campaign နှင့် marketing activities များတွင် coordination ပြုလုပ်ရန် Key clients များနှင့် negotiation & business discussion များဆောင်ရွက်ရန် Sales KPI များသတ်မှတ်ပြီး team performance ကို monitoring ပြုလုပ်ရန်
