Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement international business development strategies. Create business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to the needs of international clients. Manage and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of international business strategies. Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure all international business operations are within legal and regulatory frameworks. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of international business development initiatives, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and performance analysis. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, results, and market insights. Brand Representation: Represent MDG at international trade shows, conferences, and events to build the company’s presence and network. Assist in the development of localized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in international markets New Product Launching Assist in the launching of new products and liaise with cross functional team members including CSEs, CSMs, ROMs, BMs, SMs, SRs. Conduct on ground surveys and prepare post-launch report encompassing key success factors and challenges; subsequently, recommendations. Market Research & Strategy (BD) Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs . Provide feedback to marketing/product teams for improvement. Identify new business verticals for expansion. Understanding Myanmar Customs & Trade Regulations Understands the regulatory compliance with Myanmar Customs Department requirements, including:HS Code classification under Myanmar Tariff System. Import/export licensing (e.g., restricted goods, FDA approvals for food/pharma). Customs valuation (avoiding disputes over CIF/FOB pricing).
