It's been about eight years working at JTI and it has been an enriching experience for me. JTI is an organization where it creates safe spaces to allow everyone to learn from the mistakes and grow both professionally and personally. Over the years I have been exposed to learn not only my areas of expertise but also cross-functionally. Peers at JTI are encouraging, talented and diverse. The organization itself is very multicultural with offices across the world that allows us to interact with colleagues from various cultural background and nationalities. JTI is also very proactive when it comes to employee wellbeing and engagement. In a nutshell, I would recommend JTI to people who have ambitions to pursue a great career.
