• ROLE PURPOSE The primary role of an Officer - Security Operations is to assist Manager - Security Operations in the organizational security process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Physical Security Operations: Ensure the safety and security of the head office building, properties, staff, visitors, and contractors. Supervise and monitor the security guards at head office. Establish priorities for security patrols. Check the contractors and staff working process to clarify the risk and hazard. Fire Safety & Emergency Response: Assist Fire Safety Manager for fire safety management. Support Fire Safety Manager for emergency response activities as an ERT member. Other Duties: Ensure the department’s administration process tasks. Ensure the documentation process and manage document control. Accomplish other duties assigned by HOD and people leader.
