သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်ပယ် (ဧရိယာ)အတွင်း ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကိုဆိုင်တိုင်းတွင် ရရှိနိုင်ရန်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
Customer များနှင့်ခိုင်မာသော ဆက်ဆံရေးတည်ဆောက်ပြီးစိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုရရှိစေရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
ကိန်းဂဏန်းများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် အသုံးချနိုင်ခြင်း။

အခြေခံပညာအထက်တန်းရှိသူများမှစ၍လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
အသက် (၂၀ နှစ် မှ ၃၀ နှစ်) အတွင်းဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူ (သို့မဟူတ်) စားသောက်ကုန်ပစ္စည်း အရောင်းပိုင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိသူများ။
အဖွဲ့ နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်လိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်၍ အပြောအဆိုသွက်လက်ချက်ချာသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းအပေါ်တွင်စိတ်ပါဝင်စား၍ ကြိုးစားလိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
