  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records.
  • Manage tax compliance, audits, and other statutory financial requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, including managerial-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
