• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. • Accurately process bookings and cancellations. • Ensure reservation records are up-to-date and error-free. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure reservation requests are fulfilled. • Promote company products, packages, and special offers to potential customers. • Upsell services to maximize revenue (e.g., upgrades, special services). • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Provide professional and courteous service to all clients. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain positive client relationships and encourage repeat business.
အခွင့်အရေးရှိသူ :
လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
• Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, travel, or customer service. • Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and negotiation abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking software. • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
