  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
  • It is important to oversee daily shop operations such as merchandising , cleaning ,product display , and so on to ensure erverything runs smoothly.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales staff.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels and accurate product counts.
  • Assist in planning sales promotions and in-store events to boost sales.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Any Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work with Team
