• Receiving and processing daily purchase orders from nationwide dealers on behalf of the company through phone calls and emails. Creating sales orders in SAP software based on the received purchase orders. Preparing and sending sales invoices via email and coordinating with delivery team to ensure timely delivery of goods to dispatch gates. Taking responsibility for resolving issues related to undelivered, misdelivered, or incorrect items in a timely and professional manner. During sales events, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of order lists placed by agents. Communicating with respective agents, regional supervisors, or the finance department regarding agents with overdue payments or exceeded credit limits, and coordinating accordingly to hold further deliveries.
