• In Burmese Telecom Tower Site (Active Equipment) များအတွက် Preventive Maintenance နှင့် Corrective Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Maintenance Plan နှင့် Timeline အတိုင်း Preventive Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီ ပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Network Operations Center (NOC) မှ Fault Call နှင့် Work Order (WO) လက်ခံရရှိပါက Site သို့ အချိန်မီ သွားရောက်၍ ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Site Fault များကို စစ်ဆေးဖော်ထုတ်၍ ထိရောက်စွာ ပြုပြင်ဖြေရှင်းကာ Network Downtime အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Supervisor၊ Team Members၊ Tower Company၊ Network Operations Center (NOC) နှင့် Customer များနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်၍ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်ရမည်။ လုပ်ငန်းများအားလုံးကို လုံခြုံရေးစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် Company Policy & Procedure များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ ဖိအားများသော လုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အရေးပေါ် Maintenance Request များကို လျင်မြန်စွာ တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။ အမြင့်နေရာများ တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ In English • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for telecom tower sites ( Active Only ). • Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan and timeline. • Respond promptly to site faults after receiving calls from the Network Operations Center (NOC) and assigned Work Orders (WO). • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to minimize network downtime. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, tower companies, the NOC, and customers. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures • Be able to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance requests. • Must be comfortable working at heights
